The location was perfect, right next to the train station and within walking distance of shopping centers. It was so convenient to pay for transportation from the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, like ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room service was top-notch. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the dining restaurant, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax after a long day of exploring.

Had a great time celebrating New Year’s Eve at a hotel near Taoyuan Airport. The location was convenient, with plenty of shops and eateries nearby. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the gym and swimming pool – great ways to stay active during the holiday season.
While we overall had a positive experience, there were a few drawbacks. The surrounding area wasn't the most attractive, with some car repair shops and small commercial outlets. Also, we found that there weren't a lot of food options within walking distance. Lastly, while the hotel was generally clean and well-maintained, we did notice a bit of wear and tear in some areas. Nevertheless, we had a great time and would recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. First of all, the location was excellent as it was right next to the train station. Additionally, this hotel was in a shopping mall that had everything from restaurants to retail stores. Moreover, the hotel facilities were modern and well maintained, and the room was spacious enough for me to move around comfortably. Lastly, the staff was friendly and provided great service.

Stayed during New Year with friends. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs. The price of the hotel was affordable and it was situated in a convenient location with nearby stores and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast had good options available.
The hotel is old and the room had a weird smell. The facilities looked not so well-maintained.
